Lately, at St. Peter's church, Northampton, by the Rev. J. STODDART, M. A.,
the Rev. J. HIND, M. A. F. A. S. Fellow and Tutor of Sidney Sussex College,
Cambridge, to Eliza, eldest daughter of the Rev. J. STODDART, head master of
the grammar school there.
At Newton, near Penrith, on the 23d instant, Mr. Thos. THOMPSON, to Mr.
[sic] Jane PATRICKSON, of Newton.
At Gretna, on the 15th inst., Mr. John PEARSON, of Caldbeck, to Miss RELPH
of Haltcliff.
At Dumfries, on the 19th inst., John CLARK, M. D. Physician to the Forces at
Albany-Barracks, Isle of Wight, to Mary, daughter of John GILCHRIST, M. D.
DIED,
Yesterday morning, in this city, Margaret, the wife of Mr. Thos. CALDWELL,
clerk of St. Mary's church, aged 38 years.
Since our last, in this city, Mr. Robert FINDLING, St. Cuthbert's-lane, aged
78. Mrs. Eleanor EDGAR, King's Arms-lane, aged 76. Charlotte CANE,
English-street, aged 17. Mr. John JAMES, Blackwell, aged 60.
At Penrith, on the 23d inst., suddenly, Mr. Samuel JAMESON, senior, aged 81.
At Hutton, near Penrith, on the 24th instant, Mr. Thomas HENDERSON, yeoman,
aged 36.
