April 7, Thomas ROBINSON, Esq. eldest son of A. Ramsay ROBINSON, Esq. of Kensington, to Frederica, only daughter of the late Sir
George Braithwaite BOUGHTON, Bart. of Poston Court, Herefordshire.-These are the parties lately married at Gretna Green, whose
elopement from Brussels we have already described. 

 

At Edinburgh, on Monday, April 12, by the Rev. Mr. WALKER, of St. Peter's English Chapel, John, third son of the late Mr. Isaac
HOLMES, carrier, Carlisle, to Isabella, daughter of the late Mr. James GRAY, merchant, of the former place. 

 

Lately, at Oldavington, near Bridgewater, after a courtship of sixty years! William BAGG, aged 85, to Sarah HILLIER, aged 86.-Dorset

In this City, on Wednesday the 21st. instant, in the sixty-first year of her age, Margaret, wife of James FORSTER, Esq. and daughter
of the late Rev. John FARRER, vicar of Stanwix, in this county. 

 

On Saturday last, in Fisher-street, Mary Tirzah, youngest daughter of Mr. John DIXON, aged one year and four months. 

 

On Sunday last, in Castle-street, Rebecca, wife of Mr. John DELANEY, aged thirty nine years; after a short but severe indisposition,
which she bore with the patience of a sincere Christian. 

 

On Thursday night, in this City, Mr. Thos. SCARROW, sen., advanced in years. 

 

On Wednesday, in Shaddongate, aged 38 years, Mr. John EMBLETON, manufacturer; a man truly beloved by an amiable wife and modest
family, and highly respected by a numerous acquaintance. 

 

Since our last:-Mrs. Mary RUDDICK, of Caldewgate, aged 53. Mrs. Sarah BLACKLOCK, of Stanwix, aged 75. Mrs. Mary BOYD, of
Castle-street, aged 27. Mrs. Jane PURCEL, of Caldewgate, aged 76. Miss Mary THOMLINSON, of Newby, aged 22. Mrs. Mary LITTLE, of
Scotch-street, aged 62. Jane, wife of Mr. Thomas LITTLE of Caldewgate aged 23: she caught the measles after having been delivered of
twins about four weeks previous, one of whom expired the day after its mother, of the same disease. Mrs. Mary DOWSON, of
Botchergate, aged 66 years. In Ritson's Lane, Mrs. Eleanor CROSBY, aged 76. 

 

On Saturday the 17th instant, in London, the Rev. Charles FARISH, B. D., Fellow of Queen's College, Cambridge, aged 57. 

 

At Penrith, on Tuesday, Miss Mary SANDERSON, of the Cross-Keys, 17.-Same place and day, Miss Mary MONKHOUSE, 14. 

 

Lately, at Brampton, Miss Anne GILBANKS, third sister of the Rev. Geo. GILBANKS, of Lanercost Priory, aged 57. Also, George William,
infant son of Mr. CARRICK, solicitor. 

 

At Longhead, near Wigton, on Tuesday the 20th instant, Mr. J. DAND, at an advanced age. 

 

On Monday last, John, son of Capt. MAIN, of Skiddaw Lodge, near Keswick, aged 8 years. 

 

On the 19th inst. Richard, fifth and last son of the Rev. W. SMITH, of Ainstable, in the prime of life.

Esq. of Duncow. Mr. John M'GOWAN, late merchant, aged 67. At Hallhill, in the parish of Applegarth, Jean, wife of Mr. William
GRAHAM, farmer. 

 

Lately, at Annan, Mr. Matthew LATTIMER, aged 92. He was an elder in the Secession Church there upwards of sixty years. 

 

On the 19th instant, suddenly, at Croydon, in her 62d year, Hannah, wife of Mr. Joseph BUTTERWORTH. 

 

At Townhead, near Gatehouse, Mr. John RAIN, sen. aged 93. At Gatehouse, Mr. Wm. ROBINSON. 

 

At Borness, parish of Borgue, Miss Isabella SPROAT. 

 

April 13, at Wykeham Abbey, Yorkshire, the Hon. Dorothy LANGLEY, relict of Richard LANGLEY, Esq. She was eldest daughter of Henry,
late Lord Middleton, and sister to the present Lord. 

 

At Castletown, Isle of Man, of typhus fever, John William JEFFCOT, Esq. M. D.-In Douglas, Mr. George OATS, aged 85.-At Baldromma
Moar, parish of Lonan, Mr. John MOORE, aged 39.
