BIRTHS.
On the 10th inst. at his seat in Carnarvonshire, the lady of Sir Joseph HUDDART, of a son.
Near Chester, on the 9th inst. Mrs. Richard BARKER, of her 22nd child.
At Batson, near Kingsbridge, Devon, the wife of a husbandman named WATERS, of twin sons. They were completely united from the upper
part of the chest to the lower part of the bowels, forming a double fœtus; and on dissection there were found only one spleen and
one heart; but two livers, two sets of lungs, two stomachs, two sets of intestines (with the exception of there being but one
jejunum). The children were of full size.

At Penrith, on Thursday last, Mr. John HETHERINGTON, nailor, to Miss Jane MONKHOUSE.
At Workington, Mr. Ralph WARDLE, to Miss Sarah MILLFELL; Mr. James LAMB, to Miss Sarah ASKEW.
At St. Bees, on Sunday, Mr. John ROPER, to Miss GUY, of Whitehaven. At Whitehaven, Mr. J. COILES, to Miss M. M'KINNEY; Mr. John
FISHER, to Miss E. ELLWOOD; Mr. H. KITCHEN, of Millom, to Miss M. KITCHEN, of Whitehaven.
Mr. Thomas CLARK, of Kendal, to Miss Isabella DORNAN, of Ambleside; Mr. David STRINGER, to Miss Ann ROBINSON, both of Kendal.
[According to FamilySearch, both these couples were married at Kendal, on 16th and 19th February, respectively.]
At Skipton, Mr. ABBOTSON, surgeon, late of Kirkby-Lonsdale, to Isabella, only daughter of William WAITE, Esq., of Skipton.
On Tuesday, in London, Mr. Wm. MITCHELL, of the Office of Ordnance, to Sarah Jane, youngest daughter of the late Rev. Edward PARKER
of Durham.
Lately, at Bangor, Robert HUGHES, aged 16, to Jane DAVIES, a widow of 70!
Mr. John DALZIEL, to Miss A. SHAW, both of Tundergarth, Scotland. 174 wedding guests sat down to tea together in the evening. Think
of the clatter of tongues and tea-cups!
DIED,
On Friday the 20th inst., at his house, at Denton Holme, John Milbourn DIXON, Esq. aged 32 years. The candour and frankness of his
manners, joined to his benevolent disposition, endeared him to a numerous circle of friends, who deeply lament the loss of so
amiable and respectable a member of society.
Yesterday, in this city, Mr. John WALES, Mayor's Sergeant, aged 76.
Since our last, Mr. Wm. GRAHAM, of Lowther Street, aged 66 years. Mrs. Mary LITTLE, of Spring Garden Lane, aged 82 years. Mr. Daniel
M'NEAL of Willow-Holme, aged 50. At St. Cuthbert's work-house, Jane CARRUTHERS, aged 96.
At Wigton, on Wednesday last, by the Rev. Mr. DODD, — HORRIDGE, Esq., Bolton-le-Moors, to Jane, daughter of W. HODGSON, Esq. Wigton.
At Blencogo Hall, on the 17th instant, Mr. Joseph HENDERSON, aged 67.—At Dundraw, in the parish of Bromfield, on the 17th, Mr. John
ISMAY, aged 34.—At Hilltop, Westward, on the 20th, Mr. Robt. CLARKE, aged 74.—On Wednesday the 25th, at Aikton, Mrs. Martha TAYLOR,
