At Crosby Lodge, near Carlisle, on Monday last, the Lady of Fergus GRAHAM, Esq. of a Son. 

 

MARRIED, 

 

On Thursday last, at St. Mary's Church, Mr. James NIXON, hat-manufacturer, of Glasgow, to Ann, eldest daughter of Mr. TIFFIN,
whip-manufacturer, of this city. 

 

On Saturday last, at St. Mary's church, in this city, Mr. John CLARK, of Caldewgate, to Mrs. Dinah STEPHEN. 

 

On Saturday last, at Castlesowerby, Mr. John JOHNSTON, of Newlands, to Margaret, only daughter of Mr. Joseph YOUNGHUSBAND, of
Nook-house, Castlesowerby. 

 

At Beith, on Tuesday the 2d instant, the Rev. James DOBIE, of Annan, to Jane, only daughter of Mr. James FAULDS, merchant, Beith. 

 

DIED. 

 

On the 29th ult., in Scotch-Street, Mr. Thomas MINGINS, father of Mr. George MINGINS, hat manufacturer, aged 89 years. 

 

On the 4th inst. in Annetwell Street, Ann, daughter of Mr. David SPEDDING, butcher, aged 4 years. 

 

Since our last, in Spring Garden Lane, Mrs. Ann BULMAN, aged 70 years. 

 

In Caldewgate, on Sunday last, Mr. John SEWELL, aged 77 years. His death was very sudden: he rose in the morning quite well, and in
the course of the day was found dead, in a sitting posture, with his head leaning upon his hands. 

 

At Penrith, on Monday last, Mr. Charles GILL, nailor, aged 35. 

 

At Wigton, on Monday last, Mr. Richard STORY, formerly of Brough, aged 70. 

 

At Cork, on the 25th ult., Captain Joseph HARRISON, of the brig Peggy, of Maryport.
