At Cumwhitton, on Wednesday last, after an illness of considerable duration, in the prime of life, Mr. BLACKLOCK, late bookseller in
London, from which business he retired in order to enjoy the fruits of his industry in his native county. 

 

Since our last, Mrs. Mary NOBLE, Shaddongate, aged 32.-Mr. Thomas SPORTRIDGE, Fairbairn's-buildings, aged 78.-Mrs. Barbara
Mc.KENZIE, English-street, aged 58.-Mr. W. VARTY, Botchardgate, aged 26. 

 

At Penrith, on the 31st ult., Serjeant Major BOLTON, of the General Wolf Inn, and formerly of the Cumberland Militia, aged 50. 

 

At Catterlain, near Penrith, Mr. Isaac DAWSON, yeoman, aged 86. 

 

Suddenly, in George-street, Whitehaven, Mrs. FISHER, a maiden lady, in the 66th year of her age. Mrs. F. though deprived of her
sight when very young, was a most pleasing and intelligent companion, and much respected by a numerous and genteel circle of
friends. In Charles-street, in the 76th year of his age, Mr. Robt. HOLDERNESS, many years house steward to the late Skeffington
LUTWIDGE, Esq. of Holm Rook. In High Church-street, Hannah, wife of Mr. Isaac HODGSON, in the 30th year of her age. At New Houses,
Joseph SWINBURN, aged 15 years. At Mount Pleasant, Mr. Thomas SANDERSON, aged 85 years. In the House of Recovery, W. HAWTHORN, aged
9 years. 

 

On Saturday last, at Appleby Castle, aged 18, Miss HEELIS, only daughter of the Rev. John HEELIS, steward to the Earl of Thanet. 

 

At Great Braithwaite, near Keswick, Miss Mary WALKER, aged 16 years, daughter of Mr. Joseph WALKER. 

 

On Sunday morning last, aged 55, Mrs. Ann DOVER, of Keswick, much respected. 

 

At Stainburn Gardens, near Workington, Mr. A. UPTON, aged 48. 

 

At Longmarton, on Tuesday night last, Dickinson, the oldest son of Mrs. STAGG, of that place.
