[List-Cumbria] End of 1816, BMD index, and what next

Entertained, indeed, and much more thanks to your prodigious work. Of
course, I'm always looking for family connections, but much more than that
I've come to read the early 19th C news for its perspective on where we are
and what we do and who we are today.
