At Stanwix, on the 20th inst., the Lady of Richard LOWRY, Esq., of a Son.
At Carlton Hall, in this county, the lady of Joseph BURROUGH, Esq. of a Son.
At Liverpool, on the 13th inst. the Lady of G. LITTLEDALE, Esq. of a Daughter.
MARRIED.
On Tuesday last, at Lowther, Mr. Wm. WARREN, of the Crown Inn, Empingham, Rutlandshire, to Elizabeth, eldest daughter of Mr. WARD,
Lowther, Westmorland.
By special license, at her Ladyship's house, London, Barry E. O'MEARA, Esq. to Lady LEIGH.
DIED.
Since our last, Mrs. Jane LITTLE, Damside, English Gates, aged 38 years.-Mr. Patrick MURRAY, Botchardgate, aged 77 years.-Mrs.
Catharine ARMSTRONG, of Shaddongate, aged 85 years.
On Tuesday se'nnight, at Chalk Lodge, Elizabeth, daughter, of Mr. Wm. NIXSON, aged 23 years.
At Penrith, on yesterday week, Mrs. Ann FIDLER, widow, aged 78.-Same place, on Monday, Elizabeth, wife of Mr. Thomas TURNER, aged
57.
At Hexham, on Friday the 7th inst. Miss Isabella LORAINE, third daughter of Mr. Robert LORAINE, draper, of that place, aged 20
years, much respected.
At Workington, John, the son of Mr. John SMITH, aged 10 years.
Suddenly, at Wharton, on the 7th inst. the Rev. Thos. WASHINGTON, Vicar of that place, in the 69th year of his age.
At Manchester, Mr. R. MALLILIEU, clerk to Mr. ANDREW. He was in company with some friends at a tavern; and died on his chair in the
midst of a violent fit of laughter, excited by the relation of a droll Irish anecdote.
Last week, at his residence in London, Edward WILSON, Esq. aged 63; upwards of 23 years Lieut.-Col. of the Second Lancashire
Militia, and Receiver General for the County of Westmorland. His strict attention to his duties, and his admirable personal
character, raised him 'troops of friends,' by whom his death will long be regretted.
At Dawlish, aged 83, John SCHANK, Esq., Admiral of the Blue.
Feb. 12, at Malcolm-cottage, Kensington, James Inglish LAWSON, Esq., man [sic] years Cashier of one of the departments of the Navy
Pay Office.
At Cheltenham, on Saturday last, Dorothy, wife of Charles Watkin John SHAKERLEY, Esq. of Somerford Park, county of Chester, and
daughter of John MORELAND, Esq. of Copplethwaite, county of Westmorland.
On Sunday last, at Weymouth, in the 50th year of his age, Sir Mark SYKES, Bart., of Sleadmere House, and Sutterington, county of
York.
