In Fisher-street, on Monday last, Mr. Matthew BOAK, clerk to the Commissioners for the affairs of Taxes in Cumberland Ward, aged 52.
Mary SCOTT, of Caldewgate, aged 66.-Thursday, Eleanor CROW, of Botchardgate.

On the 31st ult. Mrs. Jane HARKER, aged 65, one of the Society of Friends, and widow of the late Mr. Richard HARKER, of Allonby.

On Thursday last, at Scale Cottage, in the parish of Greystoke, John WILSON, Esq. aged 69.-In his death, society has sustained a
severe loss, and a numerous acquaintance lament a kind and sincere friend.
At Whitehaven, Mrs. Rose SLATER, aged 70. One of her sisters died lately, at the age of 80, and there are two surviving sisters, of
the respective ages of 74 and 84 years.
At Egremont Bridge End, Mrs. Fanny BENSON, a maiden lady, aged 70.-At Egremont, Mr. Thomas BRAGG, formerly Captian [sic] of a West
Indiaman out of Liverpool, aged 70.-At Steel Bank, in the parish of Lamplugh, Mr. Robert DIXON, in the prime of life.-At Broughton,
near Cockermouth, Mrs. FLETCHER, in the 77th year of her age, wife of Mr. David FLETCHER, of that place.
At Kirkcudbright, Elizabeth, youngest daughter of Alex. MELVILLE, Esq. of Barquhar.
At Newcastle, on the 30th ult., Mr. Thomas ROBSON, of that place, wharfinger.
At North Shields, Mr. REED, banker.
We find we have been imposed upon in admitting into our list of Marriages, one which was said to have taken place at Raughtonhead,
on Thursday the 30th November.-The foul falsehood has been traced to its source, and to those who may wish to form some idea of the
malignity of its author, we need only say, Ecce Homo.
