On Wednesday last, at Whitehaven, after a lingering illness, Mrs. RANDLESON, aged 30, wife of Mr. RANDLESON, one of the Society of
Friends. 

 

At Whitehaven, on Tuesday last, Mrs. WATTS, widow, of the late Rev. Clement WATTS.—Same day, John BATEMAN, Esq. formerly Colliery
Agent to the Earl of Lonsdale.—Same day, Mrs. WATSON, wife of Mr. Isaac WATSON, bread-baker.—Same day, Mr. Peter REID, father of the
late Mr. Alex. REID, grocer.—Same day, Mrs. SHEPHERD, wife of Mr. John SHEPHERD, tide-waiter. 

 

At Dumfries, on the 2nd inst. after a long lingering illness, which she bore with christian fortitude, Mrs. Catherine GRIERSON,
widow of the late Mr. S. PEARSON, aged 75.—At same place, on the 29th ult. Mr. Jas. BEATTIE, schoolmaster, aged 61. 

 

At Kirkcudbright, on the 23d ult. Mr. James BROWN, late in Dildaun, aged 84.—At Maxweltown, Kirkcudbright-shire, on the 26th ult.
Mr. Wm. BLAIR, aged 92; a man during life, of exemplary sobriety and unremitting industry.—At Gatehouse, on the 26th ult. Ann,
youngest daughter of Mr. James CREDIE, nursery and seedsman there, aged 17, after a severe illness of eight weeks.—At Bargaly, on
the 29th ult. James M'KIE, Esq. of Bargaly, much and justly regretted.—At Blaikshaw, parish of Caerlavrock, on the 1st instant, Mrs.
Marion EDGAR, aged 84.—At Lochmaben, on the 20th ult. Phœbe, wife of James CARRUTHERS, Esq. merchant, Savannah Georgia, aged 34,
after a long and painful illness which she bore with peculiar fortitude and resignation. 

 

Last week, at Bishop's-court, Isle of Man, Frances, the infant daughter of the Right Rev. and Hon. George MURRAY, Lord Bishop of
