INSOLVENT DEBTORS. 

  

By Order of the Court for the Relief of Insolvent Debtors. 

 

JOHN BRAGG, the Elder, late of EGREMONT, in the County of Cumberland, LABOURER; THOMAS JACKSON, late of CARLISLE, INNKEEPER; JAMES
MILLER, late of SARK BRIDGE, in the County of Cumberland, CATTLE-DEALER; WILLIAM KER, late of CARLISLE, HOSIER; JOHN ATKINSON, late
of YEWDALE, in the County of Lancaster, FARMER; JOSEPH RICHARDSON, late of FELLSIDE, Caldbeck, Cumberland, FARMER; JOSEPH EWART,
late of BOLTON-WOOD LANE, Cumberland, FARMER; and JOHN WILLIS JACKSON, late of LIVERPOOL, Lancashire, MERCHANT; and now Prisoners in
his Majesty's Gaol, at CARLISLE, will be examined before the Justices of the Peace for the County of Cumberland, assembled at an
Adjournment of the Quarter Sessions of the Peace, to be holden at the New Courts, Carlisle, on Wednesday the 19th Day of June
Instant, for the purpose of determining whether the said John BRAGG, Thomas JACKSON, James MILLER, William KER, John ATKINSON,
Joseph RICHARDSON, Joseph EWART, and John Willis JACKSON, are entitled to the Benefit of the Act for the Relief of Insolvent
Debtors; and all Creditors of the said Prisoners are required to attend accordingly, if they shall think fit.
