DEATHS. 

 

On Saturday last, at Rockliff, while on a visit to her son, Mrs. CARRICK, wife of Mr. David CARRICK, Banker, at an advanced age. Her
loss is deeply lamented by all who knew her, particularly by the indigent, to whom she was a kind benefactress. 

 

On Monday last, in Botchergate, Mrs. Mary MASON, aged 43. 

 

Yesterday, at Penrith, in the prime of life, and very much respected, Mr. William TODD, skinner. 

 

On Thursday, at Penrith, Mrs. Mary SLEE, at an advanced age. 

 

Saturday se'nnight, at Newtown, near Whitehaven, Mr. William ATKINSON, aged 75.-Last week, at same place, Mary, the wife of Mr.
Bartholomew CUSSINS, aged 42. 

 

At Beckermont, after a few hours' illness, Dinah, the wife of Mr. John ROTHERY, aged 58. 

 

At Cockermouth, after a few hours' illness, Mr. Thomas TYSON, jun. of Whitehaven, painter, in the 25th year of his age. 

 

At Parton, Mrs. SANDERSON, relict, of the late Rev. Mr. SANDERSON, of Ponsonby, aged 45. 

 

At Gisburn Park, near Skipton, in the 44th year of her age, Lady Ribblesdale. 

 

At Great Broughton, Joseph, the eldest son of the Rev. S. RUSTON, in the 18th year of his age. 

 

Lately, at Cloffocks, near Workington, Isabella, the wife of Mr. Isaac DYKES, aged 80.-At Workington, Mr. George MOORE, aged 67.-At
Little Clifton, Mrs. Elizabeth GUNNER, aged 47.-Same place, Mrs. Mary WILSON, aged 47.-Same place, Mr. Martin SPIKES, aged 72. 

 

At Brackenthwaite, in the parish of Lorton, Mrs. CASS, wife of Mr. John CASS, of that place, shoemaker. 

 

At Eaglesfield Cragg, in the parish of Brigham, after a long illness, Mrs. TOMLINSON, wife of Mr. TOMLINSON, of that place. 

 

At Douglas, Isle of Man, Mr. Philip SHIMMIN, in the prime of life. 

 

At Bombie, near Kirkcudbright, on Wednesday the 22nd inst. Mr. David HALLIDAY, tenant of that farm, after a short illness.
