Saturday 25 Feb 1815   (p. 2, col. 2)

 

PURSUANT to a Decree of the High Court of Chancery, bearing date the 27th Day of May, 1814, made in a Cause wherein ELIZABETH
WILKINSON, Widow, is Plaintiff, and BENJAMIN COWPER and others are Defendants. The Creditors of MARGARET, otherwise PEGGY COWPER,
deceased (who died on or about the 10th Day of May, 1806), late the Wife of BENJAMIN COWPER, of Little Bampton, in the Parish of
Kirkbampton, in the County of Cumberland, Yeoman, formerly the Wife of JAMES NICHOLSON, of Newbiggin, in the Parish of Dacre, in the
same County, Yeoman, are, on or before the 3d Day of April, 1815, to come in and prove their Debts before Sir JOHN SIMEON, Baronet,
one of the Masters of the said Court, at his Chambers in Southampton Buildings, Chancery Lane, London, or in the default thereof
they will be peremptorily excluded the Benefit of the said Decree.
