DIED.
On Sunday last, in this city, after a very short illness (to the great grief of all her friends and connexions), Mrs. ASHBRIDGE,
wife of Mr. Robert ASHBRIDGE, grocer.
In English-street, on Tuesday, Mr. Henry WALLACE, joiner.
At Brampton, on Monday last, Mrs. LANCASTER, wife of Mr. Henry LANCASTER, bookseller; universally and deeply lamented.
Sunday week, of the cancer in her breast, Mrs. RICHARDSON, wife of Mr. Thomas RICHARDSON, clock and watchmaker, Brampton.
At Easton-Hill, parish of Arthuret, on the 21st ult. Mr. Hugh HAMILTON; much respected.
At Penrith, on Sunday last, Elizabeth MONKHOUSE, aged 24 years.
Tuesday se'nnight, at Workington, suddenly, Mrs. BIRKETT, of Cockermouth, advanced in years.
The 14th May, on his passage to Montreal, aged 46, Capt. John BROWN, of the Mary, of Workington.
Yesterday week, in Whitehaven, Mr. Joseph WAUGH, aged 75, one of the Friends.
Sunday, at same place, Jane, wife of Mr. HARRISON, draper, in the prime of life.
Saturday week, in Kendal, aged 69, Mr. John OTTLEY, woolcomber.
The 26th ult. in same place, aged 78, Mrs. Sarah CUNDALE, relict of Mr. Richard CUNDALE, late secretary to the Travellers' Society,
Manchester, and niece to Dr. SHAW, the celebrated traveller to the Holy Land.
On Sunday last, Mr. James IRVIN, of Kirkland, Kendal, aged 88.
At .Kirkcudbright, on the 23d ult. Miss Janet MUTER, daughter of the Rev. Dr. MUTER.
At Edinburgh, aged 106, W. WILSON.
