MARRIED. 

 

Thursday week, at the Friends' Meeting-house, Greysouthen. Mr. W. MILLER, 2d son of Mr. George MILLER, of Whitehaven, to Mary, only
daughter of Mr. John FLETCHER, Greysouthen. 

 

DIED. 

 

At Wigton, on Monday last, Mrs. LOWES, wife of Mr. William LOWES, ironmonger, aged 61. 

 

Same day, Mr. Jos. JEFFERSON, of Wath-head, aged 35. 

 

At Moorside, near Maryport, on the 24th inst. Mr. John GLOVER, advanced in years. 

 

Monday, in Whitehaven, aged 79, Mr. Robert RICHARDSON, cabinet-maker. 

 

On his voyage to Virginia from Liverpool, Capt. CRAGG, of the Industry, of Whitehaven. 

 

The 19th, at Gilsland, whither he had gone for the benefit of his health, Mr. Thos. WIGHAM, of Sunderland, one of the Friends. 

 

In Newcastle, yesterday week, Mr. Wm. Taylor CHARLTON, aged 46. 

 

Same place and day, aged 27, Mary FISHER, of the Society of Friends. 

 

In London, the 11th inst. the lady of J. G. LAMBTON, Esq. M. P. for the county of Durham. 

 

In Dumfries, the 23d inst. Mrs. Jean ROBSON, mother of Mr. Robert M'KAY, merchant there. 

 

Same place, the 21st, Peter GALAN, Esq. of Belfast. 

 

The 5th Feb. last, on board the Lady Melville East Indiaman, Mr. James WRIGHT, surgeon, son of the late Mr. John WRIGHT, staymaker,
Dumfries. 

 

Lately, at Rippingale, aged 16, Anne HARDY, of that place, of the height of 7 feet 2 inches.
