APPRENTICES ABSCONDED. 

 

WHEREAS the under-mentioned indentured APPRENTICES and contract SERVANT (influenced by unlawful Combination and Conspiracy) have
absconded and left our Employment, and continue to be absent without our Permission; this is therefore to caution any Person or
Persons whomsoever from employing, harbouring, or concealing all or any of them, as it is our determination to prosecute to the
utmost rigour of the Law any Person or Persons aiding or assisting them in their escape from Justice, or in employing or concealing
them after this Notice.

THOMAS DIXON, 21 years of age, 5 feet 9 inches high, sallow complexion, black hair, blue eyes, walks erect and active, hat usually
set upon one side of his head, and grave countenance. 

 

WILLIAM HIND, 19 years of age, 5 feet 9 inches high, pale complexion, light hair, grey eyes, hangs his head, hat usually set upon
one side, gloomy countenance, cadaverous look, thick ancles, and quick speech. 

 

THOMAS ROBLEY, 20 years of age, 5 feet 6 inches high, pale complexion, light brown hair, grey eyes, round shouldered, slouching
walk, hangs his head, and smiling countenance. 

 

WILLIAM HARGREAVES, 21 years of age, 5 feet 8 inches high, sickly complexion, light brown hair, hazel eyes, sad pensive countenance,
and clownish gait. 

 

GEORGE DAVISON, 20 years of age, 5 feet 8 and a half inches high, dark complexion, black hair, dark eyes, rough harsh voice, bushy
black eye-brows and whiskers, round shouldered, and stooping gait. 

 

JOHN GRAHAM, 19 years of age, 5 feet 5 inches high, light complexion, brown hair, dark brown eyes, walks erect, firm and quick, good
countenance and well made. 

 

WILLIAM BEWLEY, 17 years of age, 5 feet 6 inches high, fresh complexion, brown hair, dark brown eyes, slightly pitted with the
small-pox, strong harsh voice, stout made round face, and good countenance. 

 

THOMAS BULMAN, contract Servant, 20 years of age, 5 feet 8 inches high, pale complexion, brown hair, grey eyes, vacant countenance,
hitching stooping gait, and rather in-kneed. 

 

WANTED, 

TWENTY STOUT ACTIVE YOUTHS, 

 

>From 14 to 16 years of age, as APPRENTICES to CALICO-PRINTERS.-Youth of sober and industrious habits will meet with every
encouragement, by applying to FORSTERS, JAMES, AND Co. Cummersdale.
