At Lochbank, N. B. on the 10th inst. Mr. James LIDDERDALE, writer, Castle Douglas, to Jane, eldest daughter of James HANNAY, Esq. of
Blairinnie. 

 

DIED. 

 

Saturday, aged 49 years, Mr. Richard BRUNSKILL, of Cummersdale mill. 

 

At Wigton, on Wednesday se'nnight, John HODGSON, aged 17. 

 

Same place, on Sunday last, Jane, daughter of Mr. CUMMING, King's Arms inn, aged 3 years. 

 

On Wednesday last, at same place, Mr. Norman BROUGH, aged 55. 

 

Same place, on Tuesday last, Henry SKINNER, aged 17 years. 

 

At Blaithwaite, on Monday last, Mrs. Margaret WILSON, aged 82. 

 

At Maryport, a few days ago, Mrs. J. GILL, wife of Mr. Joseph GILL, tallow chandler, at an advanced age. 

 

Same place, on Saturday last, Mr. Jacob HARRISON, cooper, aged 84. Being a true Briton, he had a particular wish of his realised
before his death, viz. the downfall of BONAPARTE. 

 

Wednesday se'nnight, in Whitehaven, aged 74, Mrs. BIRKHEAD, formerly post-mistress of that town. 

 

At Dumfries, on Saturday, William, eldest son of Mr. Thos. WHITE, mathematician. 

 

At Greenbank, near Annan, on the 5th inst. Mr. John CLEMISON, aged 88. 

 

The 30th ult. aged 54, the Rev. John TEBAY, many years curate of Kirkby Stephen, and master of the Free Grammar School there. 

 

Thursday se'nnight, the Rev. Wm. EVANS, minister of the Dissenting Chapel, Orchard-street, Stockport. 

 

Lately, at Bath, Mr. PRATT, author of Gleanings, Cottage Pictures, and numerous other productions.
