BY Order of the Court for the Relief of Insolvent Debtors, LEONARD TRESILIAN, late of WHITEHAVEN, in the County of Cumberland,
Veterinary Surgeon, but now a Prisoner for Debt in the Gaol of Carlisle, in the County of Cumberland, will be examined before his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said County of Cumberland, at the first General Quarter Sessions of the Peace, or any
adjournment of a General Sessions of the Peace which shall be first holden for the said County after the expiration of twenty days
from the day of the insertion hereof, for the purpose of determining whether the said Leonard TRESILIAN is entitled to the benefit
of the Act for the Relief of Insolvent Debtors; and all Creditors of the said Leonard TRESILIAN are requested to attend accordingly,
if they shall think fit.-The Petition and Schedule of the said Leonard TRESILIAN are filed in the Office of the said Court, at No.
59, Millbank-street, Westminster.
