BIRTHS.
A few days ago, the lady of Isaac PARKER, Esq. of Moorhouse-hill, of a son.
The wife of Mr. SAY, a respectable farmer at Wortwell, near Harleston, was last Monday delivered of her sixteenth child. It is eight
years since she had any addition to her family; and what is considered as very remarkable, she is now in the 58th year of her age.
MARRIED.
The Honourable Frederick HOWARD, third son of the Earl of Carlisle, to Miss LAMBTON, only daughter of the late Mr. LAMBTON, member
for Durham. [According to other newspapers, they were married at the house in Curzon-street, London, of Lady Anne WYNDHAM, the
bride's mother.]

Saturday last, at Whitehaven, Mr. Joseph RICHARDSON, surveyor, to Miss GREENHOW, daughter of the late Mr. GREENHOW, of Munkwray.

Monday, at same place, Mr. Edward BOOW, to Miss Margaret MATTHEWS.
Monday the 19th ult. at Irton, near Ravenglass, the Rev. Mr. GRICE, rector of Drigg and Irton, to Miss LUTWIDGE, daughter of the
late Henry LUTWIDGE, Esq. of Whitehaven, and niece to Admiral LUTWIDGE, of Holmrook.
Sunday last, at Egremont, Mr. John BRAGG, butcher, to Mrs. SHERWEN; both of Egremont.
Same day and place, Mr. John FISHER, to Miss Margaret NICHOLSON; both of Bigrigg.
On the 2d inst. at Kendal, -- KAYE, Esq. of Hull, to Mrs. MOXON, of the former place.
At Dumfries, on Monday, Wm. TAYLOR, Esq. of Kelton, to Mary, 3d daughter of the late Rev. Dr. BURNSIDE.
At Annan, on the 26th August, Mr. James WILLIAMSON, merchant, Annan, to Miss Ann Hardie MONCRIEFF, fourth daughter of the late Rev.
H. MONCRIEFF, minister of that place.

Same day, Robert Scott MONCRIEF, Esq. merchant in Edinburgh, to Miss Margaret McDONALD, daughter of the late Donald McDONALD, Esq.
wine-merchant, Newcastle.
On the 14th ult. Mr. John EATON, of Gravenhunger, aged 90, to Miss MITCHELL, of the same place, a blooming young lady, aged 21.

In London, lately, Mr. Thomas PHILIPSON, formerly of Stainton, near Penrith, a freeman of the city of Carlisle, in the 87th year of
his age.
On Sunday last, at Workington, very suddenly, Mrs. ARMSTRONG, wife of Mr. James ARMSTRONG, cooper.
Saturday last, at Whitehaven, Mr. Robert SANDERSON, cooper, aged 47.
The 22d ult. in London, Dr. James SHAW, aged 57, son of the late Mr. Wm. SHAW, of Whitehaven.
The 26th ult. at High Moresby, near Whitehaven, Mrs. HARRISON, aged 57, relict of Mr. John HARRISON, of Hards, in Abbey Holme.
Thursday se'nnight, at Keswick, Mr. Daniel DICKINSON, tallow chandler, aged 58.
At Dumfries, on Saturday last, Mr. Robert NORVEL, late baker there.
At Brandsbury, near London, on the 21st ult. aged 73, Anne, Countess of Dumfries and Stair.
Sunday se'nnight, aged 85, Mrs. DOVER, mother-in-law of Mr. Timothy CROSTHWAITE, of Kendal.
Lately, at High Leigh, Cheshire, Mr. Joseph NEALE, son of Mr. J. I. NEALE, of Millthorp, Westmorland.
Thursday, Mr. William ALDER, of Newcastle, cheese monger, aged 24.
