James EYLEY, otherwise ILEY, labourer, charged with stealing a quantity of copper coin.-Remanded from last Assizes, he being in a
deranged state. 

 

David THOMSON, otherwise Andrew RIDLEY, with horse-stealing. 

 

John HEPPLE, butcher, with stealing two heifers. 

 

Anne CRANE, with stealing a bale of woolen [sic] cloth. 

 

Thomas TATE, labourer, with manslaughter. 

 

Jane WILSON, with shop-lifting. 

 

James LOWE, labourer, with burglary. 

 

John BLACK, jun. with stealing a hammer-head. 

 

Thomas NEWSTOB, mariner, with stealing wearing-apparel.

John WATCHORN, charged with uttering a forged bill of exchange. 

 

Andrew KIDD, with stabbing, with intent to murder. 

 

Jesse Chisholm CARR, with the murder of her female child.
