[List-Cumbria] Transcriptions and too many lists...

Indeed. I am also not sure if UK Northwest includes Dumfriesshire and 
Ayrshire as well.

But there were numerous Rootsweb lists relating to different parts of South 
Africa, and I've been trying to get them to consolidate them into one for the 
whole of Africa, which is all that the traffic warrants. So I think a Cumbria 
list is better than ones for Cumberland and Westmorland as well. I'd 
unsubscribed from the old Rootsweb ones anyway.
