OK, Pete - got him

His mother is Jane HAILE bpt 29 October 1809 in Haile, CUM,

grandparents Moses HAILE bpt 8 April 1772 in Haile, CUM married Mary 
DOUGLAS [b abt 1773] 15 Nov 1796 in Haile, CUM

I have 7 children for this couple all baptised in Haile, CUM

Also possible that Moses b 1833 had a twin sister Margaret and a younger 
sister Ann b 1837 (from the 1841 Census)
