[List-Cumbria] Unsubscribing from Cumbria FHS mailing lists

Strange. All the emails I get through the list have that line with the link at the bottom.

And I couldn't agree more regarding the proliferation of lists...

Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be such a link at the bottom of posts in 
this list. 

I had hoped that the demise of Rootsweb would lead to a consolidation of 
lists, but it seems to have led to a multiplication of them, with perhaps ten 
lists where there were three before.
