I ANTHONY CHARTERS, formerly and late of Upperby, in the Parish of St. Cuthbert, in the County of Cumberland, being a prisoner for
Debt in his Majesty's Gaol, at Carlisle, in the said County, and having been charged in custody on the sixth day of November, one
thousand eight hundred and thirteen, for the non-payment of Debt or Debts, Sum or Sums of Money, not exceeding in the whole the Sum
of Two Thousand Pounds; Do hereby give this my SECOND Public Notice, that I intend to take the benefit of an Act passed in the fifty
fourth year of the reign of his present Majesty, intituled "An Act for the Relief of Insolvent Debtors in England;" and I do hereby
give my SECOND Public Notice, that a true and perfect Schedule, containing a Discovery of all my real and personal Estate, hereafter
to be Sworn to, is now ready to be delivered to any Creditor applying for the same, in manner as by the said Act directed, to the
Keepers or Gaolers, or their Deputies of the said Prison.

INSOLVENT DEBTORS
Prisoners charged for Debt, under Two Thousand Pounds.
THE following Persons being Prisoners for Debt, in his Majesty's Gaol, at CARLISLE, in the County of Cumberland, and having been
charged in custody on the Sixth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and thirteen, for the non-payment of Debt or Debts, Sum
or Sums of Money, not exceeding in the whole the Sum of TWO THOUSAND POUNDS; Do hereby respectively give this their THIRD Public
Notice, that they intend to take the Benefit of an Act passed in the fifty-fourth year of the reign of his present Majesty,
intituled "An Act for the Relief of Insolvent Debtors in England;" and they do hereby give their THIRD Public Notice, that true and
perfect Schedules, containing Discoveries of all the real and personal Estates, hereafter to be sworn to, are now ready to be
delivered to any Creditors applying for the same, in manner as by the said Act is directed, to the Keepers or Gaolers, or their
Deputies, of the said Prison.

RICHARD GADDES, formerly of Sebergham, in the County of Cumberland, and late at Dearham, in the said County, Blacksmith.
HENRY DIXON, formerly and late of Weddicar, in the Parish of St. Bees, in the County of Cumberland, Farmer.
JAMES WILKINSON, formerly of Ravenglass, in the Parish of Muncaster, and late of Whitehaven, the County of Cumberland, Innkeeper.
JOHN GARDINER, formerly and late of Sunderland, in the County of Durham, Auctioneer and Chapman.
JAMES WALLER, formerly and late of Alston, in the Parish of Alston, County of Cumberland, Shoemaker.
JOHN LITTLE, formerly and late of Bankhead, in the Parish of Kirkandrews-upon-Esk, and County of Cumberland, Husbandman.
WILLIAM FAULDER, formerly of Longtown, in the Parish of Arthuret, in the County of Cumberland, and late of Carlisle, in the said
County, Carrier.
JOSEPH DIXON WRIGHT, formerly of Keswick, in the Parish of Crosthwaite, in the County of Cumberland, and late of Emerald, in the
said County and Parish.

THOMAS WILSON, formerly and late of Whitehaven, in the County of Cumberland, and Parish of St. Bees, Innkeeper.
RICHARD WILKINSON, formerly of Cockermouth, and late of Keswick, in the Parish of Crosthwaite, Brewer.
