WE, the undersigned, now confined in the Gaol of APPLEBY, in the County of Westmorland, and being charged in custody on the 6th day
of November, one thousand eight hundred and thirteen; Do hereby give this THIRD Public Notice, that we intend respectively to take
the benefit of an Act passed the fifty-fourth year of his present Majesty's reign, intituled "An Act for the Relief of certain
Insolvent Debtors in England;" and we do hereby give Notice, that true and perfect Schedules, containing a Discovery of all our real
and personal Estates, hereafter to be sworn to, are now ready to be delivered, to any Creditor applying for the same to the Keeper
or Gaolor [sic], or his Deputy, of the said Prison.
WILLIAM COCKCROFT, formerly of Halifax, in the County of York, and late of Kendal, in the County of Westmorland, Cloth Dresser.
JAMES JOHNSON, formerly of Brough, and always in the Parish of Brough, in the County of Westmorland, Labouring Man.
JAMES BROWN, formerly of Redgill, and late of Gasgill Row, both in the Parish of Orton, in the County of Westmorland, Labouring Man.
WILLIAM BRAITHWAITE, formerly of Rayrigg, in the Parish of Windermere, and late of Ambleside, both in the County of Westmorland,
Innkeeper.
JOHN WILSON, formerly of Liverpool, in the County of Lancaster, and late of Oiver [?], in the Parish of Heversham, in the County of
Westmorland, Innkeeper.
GEORGE DODD, formerly of Heights, in the Parish of Ormside, and late of Dykehouse, in the Parish of Brough, both in the County of
Westmorland, Farmer.
JAMES BEWSHER, Gaoler.
