Lately, at Gretna Green, I. T. MILLER, Esq. to Miss MILLER, both of Shincliffe, Durham. 

 

Lately, Capt. CLARK, of the port of Newcastle, to Miss FALLA, of Gateshead. 

 

Monday se'nnight, Mr. William HALL, joiner, of Kendal, to Miss Mary BECK, of Orton. 

 

DEATHS. 

 

Yesterday, in this city, Mr. Wm. ROUTLEDGE, aged 60. 

 

On Friday se'nnight, at Kirkland, near Wigton, Mrs. Mary LITTLE, aged 37. 

 

Tuesday se'nnight, in Newcastle, Mr. Christopher ALDER, keeper of St. Luke's lunatic asylum. 

 

Suddenly, in the Isle of Mann, Major MISSING. 

 

On the 7th inst. at Camberwell, in her 82d year, Dame Frances BAIRD, widow of the late Sir William BAIRD, of Soughton Hall, and
daughter of the pious and heroic Colonel GARDINER. 

 

Lately, aged 103, Mr. SHERWIN, of Soutergate, Kirkby Ireleth. 

 

The 5th ult. in the 50th year of his age, Thomas GARFORTH, Esq. Steeton hall, in Craven, one of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the West Riding of Yorkshire. 

 

On Saturday se'nnight, Mr. FRANKLAND, of Coat Garth, near Kirkby Steven, aged 46. 

 

Same day, Mr. John WILKINSON, of Hartley, neat Kirkby Steven, aged 60. 

 

At Maxwelltown, near Dumfries, on Friday the 13th inst. Mr. William BROWN, dyer, aged 67, much respected. 

 

At Taylorland, on Sunday last, after a short illness, Mr. John SMITH, aged 57, sincerely regretted.
