Wednesday se'nnight, in this city, Mrs. Eleanor BLAKE, aged 73.
Yesterday week, at same place, Miss Ann ATKINSON, aged 19.
Same place, on Wednesday last, Grace, daughter of Mr. Thomas CALDWELL, clerk of St. Mary's; aged 15.
Yesterday, in Rickergate, Mr. Thomas FERGUSON, one of the people called Quakers.
Yesterday week, at Botcherby, near Carlisle, Mr. Benjamin HOLMES, one of the people called Quakers, at the advanced age of 93; much
respected through life.
Last week, at Wigton, Mrs. Elizabeth BARTON, aged 79.
On Monday, at Whinsmill, near Wigton, Mrs. Mary TIFFIN, aged 66.
On Sunday, at Scales, near Wigton, Mrs. Mary MAWSON, aged 90.
On Thursday last, at Fenton, in this county, Mrs. Jane HARDEN.
Saturday, at Brayton House, in this county, Lady LAWSON, in the 48th year of her age, relict of the late Sir Wilfred LAWSON, Bart.
and youngest daughter of the late John HARTLEY, Esq. of Whitehaven; whose death is sincerely and generally deplored.
A few days ago, in Whitehaven, Mr. George TWENTYMAN, mariner, in the prime of life.
Monday week, at Egremont, Miss JAMESON, daughter of the late Rev. Mr. JAMESON, rector of that place.
Sunday last, at the Cottage, in Moresby, Mrs. LITTLEDALE, widow, aged 87.
Wednesday se'nnight, at Workington, Mrs. FLETCHER, (in her 38th year) wife of David FLETCHER, Esq. and eldest daughter of the late
John BARNS, Esq. of Whitehaven.
The 23d ult. at Workington, Mr. Francis GILLIAT, in the 80th year of his age; much esteemed by all who knew him.
On Thursday last, at Elm Lodge, near Hesket-new-market, aged 57, George BOLTON, Esq. whose unaffected piety, conciliating manners,
and truly exemplary conduct through life, will long live in the remembrance of all who had the pleasure of his acquaintance.
On Sunday last, in his 84th year, at Workington, Mr. Wm. HARRISON, the oldest mariner belonging to that port.
On Tuesday se'nnight at Blenheim, the Duchess of Marlborough. She was born Jan. 10th, 1743, and married to the present Duke of
Marlborough, August 23, 1762. She was the only female issue of the Bedford family, from 1743, till the birth of the daughter of the
present Duke of Bedford, last year.
Lately, at Cople, Bedfordshire, the Right Hon. Augustus, Earl LUDLOW. His Lordship was in the 55th year of his age, and is succeeded
by his brother the Hon. General Sir George LUDLOW, K. B.
